Terms of Service

Memberships

Habit-Training memberships provide access to coach-led sessions, facilities and services depending on the membership selected.

Membership options, pricing and inclusions may change over time as the business continues to evolve and improve. Existing memberships will remain subject to the agreement in place at the time of joining unless otherwise communicated.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member attached to the account.


Membership Payments

Membership payments are collected monthly via direct debit or recurring card payment.

Failed or missed payments may result in restricted access to sessions and services until payment has been resolved.

Habit reserves the right to pause or cancel memberships where payments remain outstanding.


Cancellation Policy

All memberships require one month’s notice for cancellation.

For example, if cancellation is requested the day before a membership renewal date, the following month’s payment would still be due as part of the notice period.

We aim to be fair and reasonable wherever possible, however protecting the long-term stability of the business is important for us as we continue to grow.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.


Session Bookings & Attendance

Sessions must be booked through the booking system provided by Habit-Training.

Members are responsible for managing and cancelling their own bookings where possible.

Habit reserves the right to make timetable changes, coach changes or session adjustments where necessary.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in reduced booking privileges where appropriate.


Health & Responsibility

By attending sessions at Habit-Training, members confirm they are physically fit to participate in exercise and have completed any required health questionnaires honestly and accurately.

Members are responsible for informing coaches of:

  • injuries

  • medical conditions

  • pregnancies

  • changes in health status

  • pain or discomfort during sessions

Habit-Training coaches may adapt exercises, programming or session recommendations based on individual needs and professional judgement.

Any guidance, mobility content, nutritional advice or educational resources provided by Habit are intended for general support and do not replace medical advice from qualified healthcare professionals.


Respect & Community

Habit-Training is built around creating a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment for all members.

We ask all members to:

  • treat staff and members respectfully

  • use equipment responsibly

  • help maintain the atmosphere and community culture inside the gym

Aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.


Pay As You Go Sessions

Habit-Training no longer operates a general pay-as-you-go structure for regular sessions.

Selected weekend sessions and introductory sessions may still be available for those wanting to experience Habit before committing to membership.


Digital Content & Resources

Certain online resources, videos, guides and member content may only be accessible through registered accounts or protected member areas.

All digital content remains the property of Habit-Training and may not be redistributed, copied or shared without permission.

Access to digital resources may change depending on membership type.


Changes To Services

As Habit continues to evolve, services, timetables, coaches, membership structures and pricing may change over time.

We will always aim to communicate significant changes clearly and with reasonable notice wherever possible.


Liability

Members participate in all sessions and activities at their own risk.

While Habit-Training aims to provide a safe and professionally coached environment, participation in exercise carries inherent risk and Habit-Training cannot accept responsibility for injuries sustained during training except where required by law.

Members are responsible for exercising within their own limits and communicating openly with coaches where needed.
