Our Space
We wanted Habit to feel different from the moment you walk through the door.
Not intimidating.
Not overly polished.
Not a room full of people pretending to love burpees.
Just a welcoming space where people can train, switch off from the outside world for an hour and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Our facility has been built slowly and intentionally over time shaped around the experience we want people to have when they’re here.
Inside the space you’ll find:
- A fully coached training floor
- Small-group strength and functional training areas
- A reception space to slow down and chat before or after sessions
- Upstairs wellness areas for recovery, mobility, Pilates and Yoga
- Changing facilities and toilets
- An environment designed around community, encouragement and long-term consistency
We care about the small details because they shape the overall experience.
The lighting.
The flow of the room.
The atmosphere during sessions.
The conversations before class starts.
To us, the gym should feel like somewhere you want to spend time, not somewhere you force yourself to go.
Because consistency becomes a lot easier when you actually enjoy the environment you’re in.
