At HΛBIT- TRΛINING our onboarding process is designed to help you understand all your options and settle into the community, understand how everything works and find the right balance of structure, support and challenge for your current level.

Once you register your interest, we’ll have a conversation about your experience, goals and what you’re looking for from your health and training. From there, we’ll guide you towards the sessions that best fit you and help get you set up on our booking app before your first session.

Then it’s simply a case of turning up.

From there, our coaches, community and session structure are designed to help make training feel more approachable, enjoyable and easier to stay consistent with long term.
